Tracy D. Pagliara, JD and CPA
Tracy Pagliara serves as Acting Chief Executive Officer and President of Ocean Power Technologies and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He brings extensive legal, compliance, financial and executive leadership experience with publicly traded companies across the industrial, power, energy and technology markets.
Tracy joined OPT in February 2024 and served as Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary before being appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2025.
Before joining OPT, Tracy served for six years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Williams Industrial Services Group, Inc., a publicly traded provider of construction and maintenance services to power, energy and industrial customers. He also held senior leadership and legal roles at Global Power Equipment Group, Inc. and Gardner Denver, Inc.
Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
